Our membership fees are based on the World Bank classification.  Please confirm your category by the attached World Bank list of economies (issued in July 2020). Please open the URL attached in the email and enter your card information. Please let us know your email address to recieve the mail from PAYGENT, and return Application Form Download by E-mail (iarm@live.jp). with your e-mail address. Bank transfer (payment every 3 years) Payments are accepted only in a lump sum for 3 years. Category A (Country of low income economies by classification of World Bank) : JPY 3000 Category B (Country of middle income economies by classification of World Bank) : JPY 4500 Category C (Country of high income economies by classification of World Bank) : JPY 9000 Please note that all remittance charges will be on payers.
